and merchandise.
1. Donation Refunds
We ask that all donors ensure the amount they wish to contribute is correct before finalising their

your request and respond within 48 hours.
2. Recurring Donations
We understand that life can change, and if you need to modify or cancel your recurring donation,
we are here to help. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

We will review and respond to all requests within 14 business days.
• Refund of Tax Receipt: If a donation is refunded, the corresponding tax receipt will no
longer be valid, and we ask that you destroy it to avoid any confusion.
4. Event Ticket Refunds
Once an event ticket purchase has been processed, refunds will be considered at the discretion of
IASAQ management. We may offer a refund if the buyer informs us sufficiently in advance that they
are unable to attend the event due to illness or other extenuating circumstances.
Refunds for event tickets are granted under the following circumstances:
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be eligible
for a full refund or can choose to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled event.
• Inability to Attend: If you are unable to attend an event, we will offer a refund if you notify
us at least 7 days in advance of the event. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of IASAQ,
and fees may apply in some cases.

president@iasaq.com.au with your ticket details. We aim to process all event ticket
refunds within 14 business days.
5. Force Majeure
IASAQ will not be held liable for failure to fulfill any obligations or hold an event due to
circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, weather, pandemics,
strikes, or other force majeure events.
6. Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable. However, if a membership was purchased in error or if there
are exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will review the
situation on a case-by-case basis and may consider a refund at our discretion.
• Membership Renewal: If your membership is renewed automatically and you did not
intend to renew, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will discuss refund
options.
7. Merchandise
All merchandise sales are final. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of the
merchandise, we will offer a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a refund or exchange upon
receipt of the returned items.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving
your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund once the
incorrect item is returned.
8. General Terms
• Processing Time: All refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving
the request. Please note that the original payment method will be used for all refunds.
